REGISTRATION, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

CAMPS:

A deposit is required at the time of registration in order to secure your reservation. The date(s) to be reserved will be considered available until your deposit is received. The payment of the balance must be paid and received a maximum of 10 days prior to your camp in order to confirm your reservation. A failure to pay the remaining balance will result in a loss of your deposit. If the reservation is made 10 days or less prior the beginning of your camp, the full amount shall be paid upon booking. Full payments received by H2O School Ltd are non-refundable. Camps operate rain or shine and all dates are non-transferable. In the rare case of extreme weather (ie. lightening), limitations placed on lesson duration will be compensated during another day within the original booking dates of the camp.

 

PACKAGES OF LESSONS:

The payment must be paid in full at the time of the booking. Our packages of 5 lessons are for one individual, while our packages of 10 lessons can be shared between two people. While we try to remain flexible, we require our clients to schedule their following lesson with a minimum of 5 days notice. We appreciate if you are able to schedule the next lesson date with your coach at the conclusion of your current lesson. Cancellations made within the 3-day period prior to a booking will result in a loss of that lesson.

 

HOURLY CHARTERS:

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. The balance owing shall be paid upon your arrival. The date(s) to be reserved will be considered available until your deposit (or full payment) is received. In order to minimize the risk of unavailability during busy or peak times, we recommend booking your charter well in advance. Full payments received by H2O School Ltd are non-refundable. All charters will operate rain or shine and the date(s) are non-transferable. In the rare case of extreme weather (ie. lightening) the coach may discuss the opportunity to reschedule the charter for a different date within the current season. A failure to pay the remaining balance will result in a loss of your deposit
